Re: Ford vs Chevy Build-up
My pleasure.
About that spoiler. You may not be able to go that route, if that's something you're interested in doing, since it may have only come on LX models. I'm not sure if it was available with GT ground effects. If you really wanted to have that spoiler, you could take off the GT effects, and put on LX front and rear bumper covers. I'm not sure if anyone else has a 1993 special edition stocker or super stocker. You could be the first..... Anyway, just a thought. |

No, it's the 1993 Mustang Special Edition. I think that they came in yellow, red and white, but you can change the color to whatever you like. Black on chrome would be very cool.
Here's a link that I got from Google to ebay which will give you an idea of what the car and spoiler look like. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1993-Ford-Mu...p2047675.l2557 Here's another example. https://www.triplewhitefox.com/mustang-index |
Re: Ford vs Chevy Build-up
That would be an option running 150+ pounds lighter and M/SA...think I will stick with the original game plan for now tho.
Dang...that ebay LX sold for only $3500. Glad I didnt see it earlier lol. |

Still slogging away on it. Got the trunk lid back on the car...working on a wire harness tuck in the engine bay right now.

Re: Ford vs Chevy Build-up
I have a single two speed fan in my 68. One circuit is on the thermostat and the other is on a manual switch. That way I can run the fan on low with the electric water pump on to cool the car with the engine off.
In regards to comments on deleting heater controls over in your Camaro thread, the "keep the controls" rule leaves me scratching my head. I kept them but threw out all the mechanics behind it. The levers just flop there. I understand the stock dash, but heater controls aren't in the dash. At least in my car. Dale |

Feeling a little under the weather today so I stayed close to home. I did manage to get all the interior parts painted/dyed today. Took my inspiration from this photo...
