All you need is a passport never been asked for anything else.

Be nice to the border guards and you`ll be fine.

All you need to do is show up to the border with you passeport, tell them you going for a race all weekend, dont bring fruit or veggies the will keep them

On your way back, same routine

Its real easy ive been doing this for the last 6 years never had any trouble, most of the time the don't even look in the trailer,

You should bring pinks slips, or proof of ownership of your car, they ask for it sometimes

Hope to see a lot of you guys there!!!!!,

Merci Mat,
The above covers the cross border process they may also ask if you have any booze or tobacco.........you are allowed a small quantity but not sure of exact limitations

Have a safe drive up.

Anyone know approximately the normal time frame for a US citizen to procure a passport these days? (from application date, to date it arrives at your door...) Thanks. WJ

Think its about two weeks....you can request an apoitment to be seen at a regional passport agency office to fast track....

I am headed North (next weekend) with a posse' (Martel, jr and Boudreau, jr) LOL
I will be thankful if no one gets arrested...

Jack:

I have not been to Napierville in many years(I think I was skinny and had black hair the last time I was there) I do remember what a boat load of fun i had at thid track! Ought to be a fun filled weekend. Don't know a stitch of French (hell, my english is not that great either!)

Looking forward to a great weekend.

Brian -- Hate to disappoint you but it doesn't look good as to me going -- this past Tuesday I had two employees quit so ...........believe it or not in this recession its hard to find workers .........and one was salesperson -- and they are hard to find these days as nobody wants to work in the auto industry .Semi-retirement is looking better everyday .

As for my friend Dean -- you'll just have to fend for yourself that weekend -- you were probably counting on me cooking and I know I owe you but you're on your own .......I'm not so sure you'll be a great "Troope Leader" - who is going to bail the whole lot of you out if I'm not there ? Better bring a boatload of cash along ...............

P.S. -- If you can't already tell I'm bummed out about not going -- its not going to be any fun around me for awhile ...............
