I don't think he's picking it up. If I talk to him I'll ask if he's picking up or having it sent.

Always had great service from MSD, however, next ignition purchase I will be looking at Daytona Sensors. They state made in USA.

Daytona Sensors were formally the Crane Ignition folks.
Their products are well-engineered and perform.

Exactly, Crane stuff worked well.

I bought a 7AL-2Plus a while back.. put it in the car, and it acted like it was at full advance.. car would hardly turn over, let alone start.. sent it back to MSD, and was told the box is fine, must be another problem.. put the 7AL-2 back in, NO PROBLEM.. now have a 7AL-3 (black box), NO PROBLEM.. sent the 7AL-2Plus to TechWest, and explained the problem.. I was told that they found a problem, and repaired it.. put it in the car for ****s and giggles, sounded like full advance, not turning over like a dead battery, and OF COURSE, no start.. sounds like same problem, different day.. except it cost money.. I'd like someone to fix it right so I can sell the 7AL-2 and the 7AL-2Plus.. I'll stick with the 7AL-3, thank you very much..

Not a fan of TechWest, or MSD, at this point..

My friend is having the box shipped back to him, I'll post the results.

FWIW I spoke to my friend today, his box arrived Wed. by the mail. He had tracked it and there was a holdup in Charlotte or it would have arrived sooner. The car does run and he'll see tonight if it's fixed, had a problem at higher RPMs. I'm just reporting and in no way is this any endorsement or anything else. I have heard all of the stories and I personally could not get a response when I needed a box fixed.

Another FWIW I see Racer Tees is advertising on FB again, plenty of horror stories there too.

My stuff has been there over two and a half months. Keep calling weekly and there is no reply. Your buddy gets his turned around in a timely manner. Just don't get it.???????

Don't know what to say. The box does work as he tested the car Friday.
