Best of luck in Topeka. I believe you were about 8 under the last race...flying.. I always liked Topeka except for the drive to the staging lanes and it being "slow". Showers were nice and had friends that would drive down from Iowa and Omaha. The frigging ZOO was crazy at night. A guy with a quad and blow up doll was crazy.

PHOENIX — A federal grand jury indicted a 20-year-old man from Mexico for trying to distribute methamphetamine in Arizona last week, according to The United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona.

Rudy Vasquez Cervantes had over 128 pounds of methamphetamine in his car, the office said Friday. He allegedly hid the drugs under his car floor between the back seat and trunk.

A conviction for possessing and selling methamphetamine comes with a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, the office said. That includes a $1 million fine along with a lifetime of supervised release.
Well Eddie, do we need more open borders? These are the invaders.

So he was crossing in a car and was caught at the border as he attempted to cross over. Sounds like border patrol did their job. I would also assume he had the right documents to go back and forth…typical mule. In speaking with fellow Vet who retired after 37 years with Border Patrol, independent truckers are the real problem. Only one out five trucks are inspect!!

The law says: undocumented immigrants are not eligible for federal public benefits such as Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare and food stamps. In addition, most immigrants with lawful status are not entitled to these benefits until they have been in the country for five years or longer.

“Qualified” immigrants are: (1) lawful permanent residents (LPRs); (2) refugees, asylees, persons granted withholding of deportation/removal, conditional entry (in effect prior to Apr. 1, 1980), or paroled into the U.S. for at least one year; (3) Cuban/Haitian entrants; (4) battered spouses and children with a pending or approved (a) self-petition for an immigrant visa, or (b) immigrant visa filed for a spouse or child by a U.S. citizen or LPR, or (c) application for cancellation of removal/suspension of deportation, whose need for benefits has a substantial connection to the battery or cruelty (parent/child of such battered child/ spouse are also “qualified”); and (5) victims of trafficking and their derivative beneficiaries who have obtained a T visa or whose application for a T visa sets forth a prima facie case. (A broader group of trafficking victims who are certified by or receive an eligibility letter from the Office of Refugee Resettlement are eligible for benefits funded or administered by federal agencies, without regard to their immigration status.) Individuals who lawfully reside in the U.S. pursuant to a Compact of Free Association (COFA) are considered “qualified” immigrants for purposes of Medicaid.


“Not qualified” immigrants include all noncitizens who do not fall under the “qualified” immigrant categories.


50% of the undocumented here in California work in agriculture and are provided free legal service to insure employers don't exploit them. Now come on business wouldn't do that to any workers much less undocumented ones...BS!

Seriously? The democrats ran their own investigation on that. They spent 28 million dollars and more than 18 months. Their favorite FBI stooge, testifying under oath before congress, had to admit that there was absolutely zero evidence of any "collusion" between Russian operatives and Trump, or the Trump campaign. The Steele Dossier was proven to be contrived B.S. paid for by the Clinton campaign, with funds from the DNC. All evidence points towards the Clintons having a close relationship with Russia, not Trump.

The DoJ was doing nothing. In fact, worse than nothing, the DoJ, through the FBI, was running the completely discredited "Crossfire Hurricane" investigative operation, at the behest of Obama, Biden, and Clinton, as evidenced by meetings made public after Obama left office. The FBI was in fact, lying to the FISA court, knowingly using false information to get warrants that they knew they had no evidence to support.


The DoJ has become the most powerful criminal organization in the country.

Sorry ED, I have been too busy to trade barbs with you. Today the NY state school system revealed that almost 22,000 migrant children that don’t speak English have enrolled in school. New York told the teachers to DEAL with it !!! Ain’t OPEN borders just wonderful ????

In third, fourth, fifth and sixth grade, I went to school with kids that didn;t speak english. That was 1967, 8 9 and 1970. Its not a recent phenomenon.

My dad went to school with kids in the 1930 and 40 that didn't speak the language.

My mother too.
