we found out something interesting about red top Optimas-----DON'T use the side posts!!!!Check your top posts on a Battery tester,then the side-we use a 24 volt system in the Top Dragster and we thought we had bad batteries---turned out the side posts even on the new batteries didn't have enough---Scot
