Bricki--also forgot to mention since you are using a bypass/return line system the relationship of the placement between the pick up line and the bypass line is critical also to prevent aeration or foaming of the fuel--FED387

I have a A 1000 pump feeding 750 hp located in the trunk doorcar 1.21 sixty foot - 10 to regulator on firewall - 8 return to tank in trunk.
Fuel pressure is set at 6.5 pounds, from half track to 1320 needle on guage jumps between 6.5 and 5 pounds does anyone have an idea whats going on what are your thoughts guys.

Sounds like bad regulator to me. I have to put a plug in for Aeromotive. I bought a used A1000 pump, filter and regulator in 2004 that has worked flawlessly to this day!

Just replaced a BG500 with a MagnaFuel 500, almost identical brackets and size. only had to drill one hole.
