Thank you Ken for the shots of the Hemi cars. The Hemi Challenge is one of my favorite parts of Indy. I have loved those cars since they were new, yes I am that old.

Hemi news, Jason Line and Jimmy Daniels were DQ'd. Carbs for Jason and cylinder head for Jimmy. Don't know the details, but Jimmy's infraction was minor.

Good morning everyone, weather is a little cooler than yesterday morning... a chilly 53. Stock out first with round 3, followed by two more rounds later tonight. We finished up last night with Super Stock around 11pm, it was a long day.

If Courtney Enders is to continue doing commentary for NHRA she needs to become more impartial. Take a few lessons from Tony Pedregon. When Erica runs and gets beat we shouldn't hear comments like "oh, no," etc . Professionalism on her part is lacking ! David Freiburger is much more polished and professional, bring him in the booth instead.

Hey guys, I'm rolling out tomorrow morning and heading to Virginia for the D1 double. The camera will be on, and I'm sure the muppets will be out. I had a great time... There is something about this place, I'm already looking forward to next year.

You could not ask for better weather conditions, we had a little rain other day, but the rest of the time it was perfect. Thanks guys for your kinds words and support, it means more than you know. I will have more photos from Indy in a few days. Here are some more qualifying shots from Wednesday.

Recognize that huge majority of us could give two sheets about the ?Pro? classes but did anyone notice that both of the Stanfields tanked their runs against Enders and with the points reset after Indy she and others have a shot at championships after KB ran away and hid during the whole season. Shades of Mike Edwards. Just glad our points recognize the true champions, the Countdown is a joke and NHRA keeps following NASCAR into oblivion. Drama over substance ?..

Ya. That looks a little suspect. Greg did let off at the top end. MPH was way down. Aaron broke after staging that could be legit but unlikely. I do follow Pro Stock as it has become a very competitive class. You can loose a round with a sloppy tree.

Hey guys, this is my final post for Indy. This is the last batch of photos.

I hade a great time, one of the best Indy's I have attended. Even the with AFHS, it was still fun race. You could not ask for better weather conditions, good times for sure.

Thanks so much for the support, you guys are the best. And thanks to all the racers and fans that stopped by my pit to say hello. I am officially out of shirts:) I hope to have more for next season.
