I have been known to say I do my best thinking, err, hallucinating when mowing or driving. Since it is the off-season for mowing, my thinking is confined to driving.
The following photos show my revolutionary design to replace valve springs. The idea came in a dream, spawned by the toughness of cable ties. The tails are located outside the valve covers to allow tension adjustments. |

Just curious, is that a oil temperature gage line in the oil pan or is it a line for a oil heater? Thanks

Greg, it is the power cord for the oil heater. It's a Steff's item. This is my first experiment with such an apparatus.

I am old, and I like a mix of old and new. Plus, I think things have karma. I have had this obsolete Moroso stud girdle for many years. It has been on at least three engines, all of which were winners. I simply like the design. I have several other parts on the Simply Square truck from former winning combos
