Paul,

It was Ricky Haas from Lincoln that owned the "Quarter Pounder" SS/K car. Tom Moock can tell you lots of stories about that car including being passed by it on the Interstate.

Well, a few names from upstate NY. Cars were present at old Utica Rome dragstrip and ESTA..... Kong, Rumble Guts, The Prospector, Magic Bus....booked in FC shows a car campaigned by al Graeber called 'Tickle me Pink'.

My buddy Ed Hoffman's 56 Chevy street legal 10 second Gasser is appropriately named "Barely Legal". With a little double entendre'.
The local cops pull him over to check out the art work on the deck lid!

My Dad ran Modified eliminator in the Western New York area in the late 60's and the 70's with a '62 Vette named "Rat Poison"
