Virgil Brunner from Columbus, Ohio. Saw him in a couple of match races at Marion County in the mid-seventies.

An earlier Brunner Bros paint job, notice it says Gapp & Roush on the front fender.

I never knew Billy "The Kid" Stepp had a Plymouth Duster. Presumably it was a Pro Stocker before it was sold and switched to B/MP?
