Merry Christmas to all! Just beginning to put the engine back together this X-mas eve...should have it finished by tm afternoon barring any complications. I need the room to begin on the Mustang 302.

I'll probably find a little Brent, but it still won't set the world on fire. I'm not touching the heads. ;)

Merry Christmas Tom! Rich, im sure you'll find more... Im just hoping to go better than 11.20s , by season's end... My main 2 changes will be transmission and cam/lifters...and some weight management.... It'll be interesting to see where we both land... I may have to have my converter restalled, if cam is a tad big...time will tell...

Last minute change...found I had a small journal crank after ordering rods. Found a large journal crank local on the cheap already prepped for a Stocker so all is well.

My first attempt at a crank scraper...if I did it wrong I'm sure I will hear about it soon enough. I made plenty of clearance with a bench/die grinder then used the metal for a template on some .030 graphite filled teflon sheet.

Interesting piece of engineering. I like the physics incorporated into the design of these things. What is the distance from the axle mount to the pivot wheel as measured in a line on the floor? I'm wondering if this will fit my 68 Mustang. Speaking of, is this for the Camaro or Mustang?
