We are back home safe and sound! We arrived late yesterday and I have a few more pictures to post that were taken along the way! Maybe after I get the washing machine going, I will try to get at the rest of them!


Getting here about 2 hours before we did, were Jimmy Hidalgo and Bear and Doug and Rhonda from Louisiana! They are here deer hunting! They didn't even have their motorhome parked and unloaded before they had 4 deer. They got at least 2 more this morning. The best thing is they brought lots of shrimp and fish to cook while they are here!!

This is at a "rest stop" in Las Cruces, New Mexico.. Note the little areas to have a picnic. Cute little place with a charcoal grill in each..

Now remember the picture before this one....WE DID NOT HAVE A PICNIC there. Seriously?????? There was another sign that I did not photograph that said "Keep your dog on a short leash." Now this was one of my favorite spots...lol

At the same rest area...This bird is metal (I think) . Do you really think that I walked around looking for some "bird information?" He is HUGE..Take my word for it..
