Todd, did the wheelie bar removal make any difference? Did it feel different to her? -Al

Autumn did a great job this week, nothing to be ashamed of, you two are a great team. Winning any round at a national meet is impressive with the completion out there.

Got home about 8:30 last night, had a great time. Thanks to everyone who came by the trailer or visited us in the lanes last couple weeks. Going to get everything cleaned up and head out to the S/SS showdown at SGMP later this week. We didn't take a whole lot of photos because Autumn is mostly working on her YouTube videos but here are one of my favorites. Autumn and Dan Young

Todd, Does Imgur have a simple process for downsizing pics? They load full size , initially .
Good job hitting the tree, Autumn..Keep it up and good things will come your way.;-)

Mark, I think if the photo is opened the option is bottom right to quickly change sizes. Otherwise there is an edit function.

Re: H-I-J '76 Nova re-fit.

Not a lot of updates lately because I been helping Autumn do some video and not so many pictures. Autumn is working hard on her videos and at this point she's trying to get a new YouTube video out every week, here is the link to the latest video released, our chassis dyno session prior to Gainesville. We are now prepping for Charlotte which we leave in just over a week, we're also making some changes to the car before we leave (I'll try to get some pics up). We also picked up our new trailer a few weeks ago, we took the old trailer to D-2 SGMP because we simply didn't have enough time to swap over, but we're going to try to swap trailers before Charlotte.

The truck seemed to like an air cleaner base that was taller with a large radius into the velocity stack portion of the base plate. Might want to look at other OEM offerings. Keep hammering I’m confident y’all will get there.

The next time you drop a metering rod, use the hooked end of another metering rod to fish it out.

Maybe for something a little higher in the alphabet? This one has been change the oil and make runs. We're just trying to pick it up a little.

Robert, I'll have to look but I know it came from Best Buy Auto Equipment. They had a warehouse near me so I just picked it up and saved the shipping.

We haven't been out lately, gets pretty slow in the summer here in D2. I think GALOT is in a week-ish.

Thanks Jake, We'll be in Bristol this weekend shooting video. She also has more videos she's working on and will start a video series on a new car we're getting ready to start that'll be a turbo LS build (pic below). We're also getting a car ready for Tom Bailey's drag-n-drive event in February, unfortunately that will keep us from going to the season opener D2 race in Orlando. Thanks for following along.

Got our butts kicked but we had a blast with all our friends! We stayed till the last car went down. Now to get the engine out.

Nmbr1GMfan 11-08-2021 10:30 PM

Re: H-I-J '76 Nova re-fit.

Once again we're in the off season, about a week late getting the engine out but it is in fact out. It was a great season all year with family and friends right up until Bristol. I feel like we were treated poorly and felt like I finally got to take a bite of the NHRA **** sandwich, so much so I wanted to remind Autumn that we DID NOT have to race here and we could stick the engine in the corner and throw a nitrous small block or supercharged LS in this thing and spend a year hanging out and trying something different. Not sure how this will go... time will tell.

Put on a happy face my Broham!!! I got that $h!t sammich in Gville and it was a bitter pill to swallow but time heals all wounds. I'm getting giddy to do it all over again and hope you all are as well. Shaggy is looking better and I only have a few lil projects for the Nova over the winter. PLUS it looks like they helped you out with the Orlando schedule overlap!! LMAO!! See Ya soon!!

Kids were in Btucky last weekend and are going over a couple more times soon and I'm dragging the shoebox to World Street Nats this weekend..... any Greene's going to these??

Re: H-I-J '76 Nova re-fit.

Remember when I said "time will tell"? Well, I haven't gotten over my "Bristol experience" and Autumn got a new ride. Autumn is starting a new build series on her YouTube channel of a very nice supercharged 2013 Camaro ZL1. I'll sort of assume that will take some time away from the stocker so we will probably cut back on NHRA expenditures for the upcoming season. We'll still be racing the stocker but maybe pulling some eggs out of the NHRA basket so to speak.
