For the 1st time in 19 years she moved under her own power today. It was only in and out of the shop but words can’t describe that feeling.

Huge thanks to Dean Cook Jr for spending the better part of his Saturday getting the alignment dialed in.

Another big thanks to Richard Gorski & Fire Core wires for getting a custom set of wires made and shipped 2 hours after ordering.

Still a ton of stuff to do but the plan is to roll her into the beams, put it on the chip and dump that clutch the 20th.

Well this was a strange one… that small spot on the fork had it completely locked up. It was the same spot on both holes of 1 fork and both rods had a spot in the same area. Sanded the spots down and it shifts like butter.

That looks a lot like an arc burn from improper grounding. Did someone do a little weld job?

It’s definitely what it looks like but no sign of welding. Gforce said it galling from missing a shift or wasn’t fully in second when I did the burn out.

At the track to test today so will see.

Broke it again. Definitely operator error. Lol

"Stick" with it! Sorry, couldn't help it. New car bugs, you'll get it.

Looks like maybe a bad ground through the clutch. We’ve seen this through the converter pilot.. ran a wire from the starter to the batt ground.
Hope this helps.

Time for a update..

Haven?t been able to get out a lot but have been plagued with trans problems, mostly operator error

Made it out a few times this year and finally seem to making some progress.
I?m still missing something in the clutch/suspension/tire pressure but I?m gaining on it. 53 under is best to date.

Made it out to my 1st divisional in Epping. Manage to run dead on my dial but let the clutch out .023 early. I?m definitely struggling with that bottom bulb, big difference from a pro tree trans brake. lol

Keeping my fingers crossed the weather is decent for the Dutchvisional.
