I think Winning 2 races back to back deserves a separate post for congrats (instead of piggy backing on the Reynolds race post)
Mike Griggs, you are the KIng Snake buddy! I owe you a "I spanked the Monkey" sticker.
Seeing that huge grin on your face was contagious. Shell and I smiled all the way home.

And kudos to Brian and Steve Grace for their runner up finishes as well.
Steve, it was great seeing you back on the track. Hope you're feeling better and we'll see you again soon.

This race was so laid back and fun. Even though the heat was an issue (I have never drank so much water or been so thankful for my Cool Shirt).
The track was awesome (Thanks Ed & crew)
We met some super new people and had a really good time.

Awesome job Mike!!! im not talking about the double win, I'm talking about the 1 1/2 bottles of southern comfort you drank!!!!! Dad and I had a blast this weekend.

Great seeing all you guys again, cant wait for the next one. congrats Mike!!!!

Hey Lynn.
Vinne Laudicinia and I got just a little sideways on Saturday night. It wasn't 1 and a half, it was only 1 and a quarter bottles of Southern Comfort. And Dan Moore helped out. As for the trans in dad's car. I think we busted the sprag in the converter. Gonna send it up to Turbo Action on Friday to get tuned up.
A big thank you to all of the super street racers who stayed on Sunday to watch the final. It was really cool to see all of you lined up to high 5 me. Also, thanks to all of the crew at the Silver Dollar for putting up with the heat and humidity. Dad and I always have such a good time up there racing with ya'll.
