At the Maricopa County taxpayer's expense? He is currently in Hawaii investigating while:

"Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett said Tuesday night that he has received information from Hawaii that proves the American birth and satisfies Arizona's requirements for having the president on the upcoming election ballot.
A Hawaii official sent Bennett's office verification of birth for the president on Tuesday, according to both Bennett and Hawaii officials. Bennett said the issue is now resolved from his point of view. He has cancelled a planned Wednesday news conference where he was expected to discuss the issue. "I'm happy that we got what we asked for and that's what I was expecting all along," Bennett said Tuesday night."

but I AM interested in the eligibility issue, which a constitutional topic , not political , which is not allowed here.

Mark, I really hate to run up the BS flag about your first statement, I would think the Arizona Sec of State as of 22 May doesn't have the same interest as you, eligibility has been confirmed with regards to Arizona.

American doesn't care what goes on in Maricopa County, all I can see is this putting the MCSO at odds with the State of Arizona. You are new to Arizona politics and I can tell you there are some long and unforgiving memories that go back to Goldwater and Hayden.

Mark, I would never make a point to question one's loyalty to this country. If you call yourself a patriot then I am good with it. But there is only one national ensign that is to be flown and it is the one that unites us.
