Hey guys, we are here at the 71st US Nationals. I'm parked on the side of the road near gate 3. There looks to be about 30 rigs lined up on the side of the road. There is no detailed schedule up yet, but I did here the gate opens at 10am tomorrow.

The new tower is up and it looks good. I'm trying to finish up my rolling into US Nationals part one video... I hope to have done later tonight.

Coming off I 74 into Brownsburg, get onto Ronald Regan parkway & go left onto E County 300 road. Bring you right to a 4 way stop. You'll see the rigs . Hope this helps.

No, that's just were I am parked. Main gate if you arrive tomorrow after noon. Otherwise just get in line around the property. You will see all the rigs parked on the side of the road in the grass on E County 300 road.

Good morning guys, its 8am and no word when they start rolling us in. I thought I read someplace we should start at 10. The weather this morning is a very nice 60 going up to 70 and much less humid... should be like this for the rest of the week.

Its been a quite Monday with most cars still in the trailer. We had a lot of rigs come in this morning, but now at a much slower pace. Tomorrow things will get a lot more hectic as the rest of the sportsmen will roll in. I'm sure I will have a lot more photos to post.

Good morning all, and its a chilly morning at that. Temperature is 51 at 7:45am, and the forecast is the same for Q1 tomorrow. To say Q1 will be interesting is an understatement with AFHS in affect. Unfortunately we will see many cars lifting after the 1000ft. The only classes that will be fun to watch are the Hemi Challenge and the Showdown cars.

Hats off to Dan (welcome back), and the rest of the NHRA parking crew... with in a few hours every morning the stacking area was cleared. I have to give credit to NHRA letting us park on Sunday.

I worked hard to keep my trucks short for maneuverability. Either a 53' trailer and 5' sleeper, I could get them down to 73-74', and that's with the fifth wheel ahead of the center between the tandems. Several years ago, a fellow from Texas told me that the AVERAGE length of haulers he was selling was 88'. I'm going with 104'.

90 feet, Trailer looks to be at max so 53 feet, truck cab call it 11, ARI sleeper looks like a 20 foot at least, maybe a 261 inch, plus the hitch area 7 feet or so, I may be short on the 90.

Good chilly morning all. I will post the weather numbers below. Stock will be out first at 8am, and as you can see by the numbers it will be fast, especially for Indy. Like I said yesterday, there will be a lot of 1000ft runs today. Its a shame, but NHRA wants to be consistent so now we just get to watch everyone lift... For me, I will be in bracket mode all week.

Interpret that as you see fit. Hopefully this is an effort to be dialed in the for the eliminator and running <1 sec under to protect averages and that there will still be a willingness to open it up and compete for class.

Regardless, I'm certainly bummed on not being there this year as Indy still holds a certain level of excitement you don't see at any other race.
