I just heard Raymond Beadle past away. His Blue Max cars inspired me to start racing.

I remember seeing the BLUE MAX run at Detroit dragway in 1978. Always ran well and had the coolest look in my opinion.

Raymond was a long time close family friend. He will be dearly missed. I'm sure that he and our dad are running nitro up above!

RIP Raymond, The Blue Max Funny car team was a real class act back in the early 80's.

First time I seen him was at Detroit Dragway 1973 driving for Don Schumacher.

May he rest in peace. We saw him several times at E-Town, also his teams with The World of Outlaws, and NASCAR. John Kissel
