Plus Size Car Racing 2015
Hello ALL:
ECIRS - East Coast Impala Racing Series is opening up our invitations to ALL Plus Size Cars and Trucks for 2015 racing season. Meaning basically over 3800lb with Driver. OR American Built Plus Size Cars of any Vintage It is a fun Series. Been racing together for more than 15 years. Race for Trophies and Plaque. Run most of the Division 1 Tracks. Top 10 win Fresh Racing Jackets or other Racing apparel. Some track days we have two races in one day. So there is a lot of opportunity to take laps. Before racing we grill, share food and drink and of course BENCH Race Races are scheduled at Englishtown, NJ; Island Dragway, NJ; Cecil County, MD; Mason Dixon, MD; Capitol Raceway, MD; and Empire NY. That is the old Carlisle Drag-O-Way. I cut my teeth there. If the picture is from 75-76, odds are I was there. Before that, I worked with the crew that ran it. The mobile timing tower was a huge improvement over what was before that! Here's another pic:
