More Division 1 Enhancement
 

For those who race in the Division 1 Open series, be aware that the contingency packets that went along with a win are gone...

Special thanks to PC Richard for being the lone supporter of this series.

Let me add that I'm not posting this to be on the NHRA bashing wagon. I just wanted to make everyone aware of what you are racing for.. as there was no notice of this change posted on the D1 website.

I was paid the 2 grand as advertised. That's never an issue.

About 3 years ago after an open win, you would be sent a packet with about 40 sheets of paper from different companies which were coupons for $100 off of their product.

Last year that packet was down to about 15 coupons.

This year, zip.

Please keep in mind that S&W Race Cars will continue to support the NHRA D-1 Open Series (as well as the LODRS events) though our in-house contingency program. Simply sign up on our website (click on the story in the "news" box). Print out the sign up form and send it to us. Run our decals and let us know when you win and after we confirm your product purchase you will be issued an in-house credit toward future purchases.

As we celebrate S&W's 50th anniversary we'd like to thank all of you who have supported us throughout the years. Here's to a successful 2009 to all of us.
