Remote Filter AN Size?

I'll be adding a remote oil filter to my car to make it easier to change, SBC at 7800 at the stripe. Would a #10 line be ok or should I go with a 12? Thanks

Pretty much every application I have ever seen is #10.

Pay attention to port sizes, and fitting and adapter IDs.

-10 hose is not helpful if you have parts in the system with 3/8" IDs.

Also try to keep your hose and fittings as straight as possible and no reduction in all the adapters and fittings--- NO 90*s if you can get away from it and also watch your radius in the hose--A -12 is better but you might be able to get by with a -10 if you use a low restriction "racing " type filter no OEM Walmart stuff------keep an eye on your oil pressure
