Front end sits to low
 
Having a problem with the front end taking the finish line beam with our 88 Camaro how can I raise it up to get rid of this problem?

You need to explain if you did recent front end work or are the front end components older pieces. Also, explain in better detail as to what is going on when you go through the lights.
