Should we be calling the hotel for arrangements? Any updates? Room rates etc?

Tim , TJ will be sending out a letter with banquet info soon. Eric is done a super job getting the room blocks. Looks to be a good one .

Everyone likely got the Banquet form from TJ by now.

There is a wedding reception that night in the ballroom where we were last year. So call sooner rather than later for a room if you want one......

We will be in the room overlooking the harbor to the left of the hotel bar..Its a real nice room...we will have the bar service in the room too.

Remember to call the Sheraton and mention ALL STAR RACING 2020 for the discounted rate. 603-431-2300, or 888-627-7138.

If when you call and they say the room block is full, text me on my cell 978-886-782six so I can call and email them to see if we can get some more rooms added.

Time to work on the menu.

More rooms were added again, and for those of you who have been asleep at the tree, deadline for rooms has been extended to 1/10........hopefully this will take care of all.
