SST Help Please
 
Trying to set up my Camaro to run sst just testing at my local tracks my sixty ft are very inconsistent — my Motor makes thousand 20 hp with a glide stop comes on .030 cruise speed 3200 shifts .500 stop on for 3.4 seconds 60 ft between 2.4 and 2.5 seconds just looking for any help or Advice thank you

Bring first number back to around .01. Shift around .015 you can play around with those numbers till it’s happy. Now I believe your inconsistency is coming mostly from your RPM it definitely needs to be higher start around 3900 to 4000. If it dips below the first rpm. Raise it till it doesn’t. My cruise goes 3900-4200 for anywhere from 3.90-4.50 duration and still go 10.90 @ 158 or so.

Your "cruise speed", stop stall, needs to at least 4000 or more to help you consistency.

What rpm do you recommend me leaving at my converter flashes at 6000 it’s a 9inch currently I’m leaving at 5000

Whatever your car likes best. If it won't cut a light there, go higher.

I leave at 3800, but my car is not typical for the class.
