1992 Pontiac Grand Am S/S SST 6.0 Brackets
 

1992 Pontiac Grand Am..This car was built like a Super Stock car originally. Its a Ladder bar car with a strut front conversion. All steel floors and wheel tubs, all glass windows and it has a full interior. The only non original body panels are the trunk and hood which are fiberglass. The trunk is a pin on but the hood is mounted a modified set of hood hinges for easy access to the engine compartment. With no driver the car is around 2600 lbs with a SBC and Glide.

Dana 60 rear with Richmond 4.88 gears (new), Moser 35 spline axles with 5/8 wheel studs ,Wilwood disc brakes, ladder bars and single adjustable coil over shocks.
Powerglide with an aftermarket gear set, fresh clutches, Transbrake, 6000 convertor.
Fresh 406 SBC, Dart SHP block, Scat 4340 rotating asm with JE pistons with 12.9 compression, Dart 230 heads, Comp 630 roller, 850 Rupert Alky carb, One Stop throttle stop, Gas primer system, front mounted steel fuel cell.
Inside it has new Kirkey Seats, full cage that is NHRA certified, Hurst Qtr stick and Biondo Air SHifter, MSD 7AL and MSD 3 step and MSD rpm switches.

One last thing, I dont have a title for this car, but the VIN tag is still intact, so this car could be put back on the street with a little work...




I'm looking to sell outright, but will consider trades for street cars. I'm especially interested in 55 and 57 Chevy post cars, or any 30's thru 60's pro streeter..


Asking price is $18,500....accepting reasonable offers..

Ed I havent been on here for a while and the car is sold...however I am looking for a car for street/strip use...Do you have your car advertised somewhere that I can see pics ? I have limited internet download use, so if there are pics posted somewhere it will be much better for me...thanks
