Hi gang - You truly have no idea how good it felt this afternoon boarding an American Airlines jet in Philadelphia that was pointed towards the Motor City .It's kind of like Christmas ,my birthday , Fourth of July and reaching first base the first time all rolled up together.For a car guy this is where it's at - tomorrow morning can't come fast enough.Early in the AM I'll get to see the latest crop of '17 Camaro COPO rocketships in various stages being built and if I'm really lucky several will be handed over to their new owners as I watch and record it for you folks .

Tonight it'll be tough falling asleep knowing where I'll be in a few hours- new cars, new engines,new colors - good thing I didn't bring my checkbook along ! ! ! Not to worry - my credit is good here .

Hope Kenny is away this week and doesn't see this as I'm blowing my 2017 Christmas bonus and it's only February ...........

Jack, I got lucky enough to get a tour of that facility last year right after Indy. There is a plant that I also got to tour is the Racing engine plant in Pontiac, you should ask Rich if he can get you into that place. If you PM me, I'll give you the contact person that I know there.

Just got an e-mail from Curt Collins that I have 48hrs to decide if I want a 2017 COPO. Please post some pictures to help me make my colour choice.

There are two of the 2017 Copos on RJ. One for 150k and one for 160k.

Good morning - So far the day has been everything that was expected as it started off with a new delivery ------------ Gary Wolkwitz along with David Barton ( yes, that David Barton) picked up their new 2017 350 Supercharged COPO that I'm told will be at the Gators next month .Back a little later ........

BTW- It's a new color - Red Hot Red ! ! !

Jack, you appear to be like a kid in a candy store! Do you know if Gary still has the 2016 (8.07@168) COPO; and, if he does still have it, what his plans are for it.
