Vague?.
Right out of the 2010 Chevy NHRA blueprint specs.
Holley Sniper 90 mm (3.545”) Throttle Body accepted
High lighted in yellow

So any car or truck mfd by GM from 2005 to 2010 can use the Holley T.B.?

If it uses a 90 mm TB.

And is listed in the specs
Looks like the Holley is an approved replacement part/throttle body

This is most likely so they can run a cable driven throttle body and not a drive by wire.

No. Only those engines where the replacement TB is allowed. It is a replacement for the OEM Bosch 12570790 TB in 2005-08 and the OEM Bosch 12605109 TB in 2010. The Holley part number is 860008-1.
