2014 Inaugural Paul Bunyan Classic Sponsored By: LINE PERFORMANCE Calling all Stock and Super Stock Racers, With the help of Midwest Class Racers and BIR S/SS Program we have a S/SS Race scheduled for August 2nd - 3rd, 2014 located at Brainerd International Raceway. Midwest Race Cabinets has also stepped up with contingencies to bring the Guaranteed Payout to $2000/Win and $1000/Runner-Up each day!! There is also a test day scheduled for August 1st, 2014!! MCR races have been around 50 car average HOPE to see this race have 50 plus! This will be a great race at a world class facility. Races like this make S/SS the envey of all dragraces. Support these races and programs and it will only get better going forward!

We had a 59 car count Sat. LANCE LINE #1 QUALIFER With his 1969 CJ Mustang. WINNER! Jason DeForest TAKING HOME THE $2000 Pay check with his Super Stock "GT" CAR ! Runner-up was Glen DeMenge D/SA 1969 Camaro Taking home a very nice $1000 Pay Check. Lawrence Line Line WAS THE $100.00 perfectly BiLL AWARD. running ON HIS DIAL WITH A"0"! I would like to thank Midwest Class Racers, Watertown FORD CHRYSLER, Midwest Race Cabinets.com, Line Performance, Wild Bill, and BIR for hosting this event. Sunday we had 1 Q pass with Skip Lisell #1 Qualifier in his Cadillac. With just 1 round Mike Mans WAS THE $100.00 perfectly BiLL AWARD. running ON HIS DIAL WITH A"0"! Then RAIN!!! lots of RAIN! BIR called the race! Midwest Class Racers stepped and said that the payout will be covered in full as posted! The reaming cars will split the total pot of over $6000!!! If you missed the LINE PERFORMANCE, Paul Bunyan Classic S/SS COMBO RACE you missed the best BIR S/SS combo in years!
