measured section width for Phoenix bias real drag slick, 9 x 28.5. all measurements taken at 15 lbs.
height [these are an approximation between the corner and the high point in the center of the tread]
it should be noted that as the rim gets wider the section width moves closer to the rim.

That was the info I was looking for. Web. said they were 12.5 on a 8"rim.
