Not sure that link is right, went to a 70's music video.
Curious to what may have happened to you in a fire, but glad you are ok.

the link is to an old Locomotive GT song "back home", thought it was fitting ;)


nothing real spectacular like racing but I DID watch flesh dripping off my body

changing fuel lines on a 70's dodge pickup and it burst into flames, got my 1st ride in a helicopter
and burn units are NOT fun....


convinced me to buy a fire suit and stuff, though

As a former medic I can say with 100% certainty that critical burns is a fate that I would dread over all things...to the point I am fanatically cautious around combustibles. Tom you deserve a tremendous amount of credit for enduring the fight and even maintaining some humor pointing out your 50 pound weight loss as a plus.

X2 I just cant begin to imagine the pain you must have gone through. keeping the good humor is great. life is good!

if it wasn't for my NOT taking stuff too seriously got me thru all of this plus I seem to be turning left handed too (no kidding)

mybe when I quit shaking so bad'i'lltype out a nice gruesome story about it.....it'll sell fire suits and maybe save a life or 2

I think I'm ok emotionally although I DO get some crying episodes but i'll get over it
