I am building a corvette roadster and was wondering what front tire size most guys were running on there super gas cars.

I can't believe you never got a response to this...

Mine are either the 22" or 23". I can't remember for certain. I don't know if anybody has any particular reasoning for NOT running as short a tire as possible, but it would seem to me that unless ground clearance was an issue that you'd want to run the shortest tire possible for the least amount of rollout.

Re: Front tire size

23" or 24" should work fine. .....22"tires are really small, and could cause clearance problems for a diaper........Also, if you are building it correctly,The car will hit the tree without a tiny tire. ........You'll end up with a ton of numbers in the delay box with that short a tire....... Tom
