SSSSA-The Next Race!
 

After a great race at the Nitroplate/SSSSA Shootout in Gainesville Florida, we are announcing the next race in the series of Southern Stock/Super Stock Association events. Mark your calendars for November 8&9 2008. Lakeland Motorsports Park will host us once again. As usual, this will be a 100% payback paying at least 8 places. The cost is $10 at the gate and $50 to race each day. LMP is an 1/8 mile track and this place HOOKS! This is another two day race with a complete race on each day. Two days, two races! Gates open at 10am with two qualifying passes. We also are having a Super Street and Super Gas Assn. race in conjunction with our event with the same cost and payout. In addition the track will have a two class (Foot Brake and Electronics) bracket race after our event that all SSSSA contestants are invited to run. For directions visit LMP's website:

Jim or Jim is the super classes entry and payout the same as us or are they run by diffrent people or are we doing it all got alot of calls about the super classes since it is 1/8 mile witch index are we going to use cause nhra and ihra are not the same

sean, ihra indexes , $ 50.00 entry, 100% payback, same structure as the ssssa. there is a plan by a s/st racer to form their own association at this race. we , however will be running the entire race like last time.

I have a question for Sean, or his brother Jim, or his other brother Jim. :)

Will the track managment allow us to camp in the pits overnight in the motorhome? Just thought I'd better ask now so I can plan accordingly.

I'm really looking forward to this race and hope to see everyone there, except for Mike Griggs. (Just kidding).
