Fuel line??

What material (braided line?) is recommened to use from the
fuel pump (in trunk) to the fuel regulator on the inside front fender?

The rest of the system is #8 line and fittings.

Re: Fuel line??

Why not run a -12 then you will have as large a line as you may ever have a need for---can't hurt better to big than too small right??? Too big definately will not hurt it while too small and you will always have problems---Comp 387

Re: Fuel line??

What about G forces trying to make the fuel flow backwards if the line is too big? I started using braided line, but switched to the pushlok stuff, I think its easier to use. I use -8 an to feed 650hp or so.

Re: Fuel line??

put 2 pumps on it with a bypass to return any unnecessary fuel to the tank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hardly believe that G forces of any significant amount come in to play here on a Stocker or S stocker----Comp 387

Re: Fuel line??

not as pretty, but aluminum line is a lot cheaper. run to punp, then nice braided.

Aeroquip Socketless hose.

A lot cheaper than braided, approved, reusable ends, & easy to work with.

I use it on my entire fuel system & radiator hoses on my bracket car.

Good Luck!!
