Southern Stock/ Super Stock Association Southern Sportsman Finals!

Saturday, November 7, 2009 at Orlando Speed World the Southern Stock/ Super Stock Association is proud to announce the Southern Sportsman Finals, with a $100 entry fee, $25 per crew member. Qualify and race all on the same day! This gives you Sunday for a rain date or for the drive home. Gates open at 8AM, qualifying at 9AM, eliminations at 1PM.There will be a test and tune held on Friday evening Nov.6, from 6pm until 10pm for $15 per car. Rain date Sun. November 8, 2009. Payout will be as follows:

Winner............$3000
R/U.................$1000
Semi...............$ 500
1/4..................$ 250
1/8..................$ 125

This Shootout pays 16 places and is a guaranteed purse! You can't even come close to winning this much at a national event! This race is for NHRA and IHRA Stock and Super Stock legal cars only, no bracket cars! You do not have to be an SSSSA member to race (but we sure would like you to join!). We are currently gathering additional sponsors for additional payouts. IF YOU OR YOUR COMPANY WOULD LIKE TO BE A PART OF THIS RACE, PLEASE CONTACT JIM WOODS OR JIM WAHL FOR DETAILS. This race is open to all class legal Stk and SS cars and we invite all to come to beautiful Orlando Speed World and see how much fun an SSSSA race can be! The track hooks and the weather will be cool! Tell all your friends, the more the merrier. SSSSA memberships ($20 per year) and our highly sought after T-shirts ($15) will be available.
