Thanks everyone and I really appreciate the kind words Joe. This has been a dream season for me as I have said many times and the CCRA championship is icing on the cake. I truely believe we have some of the strongest stock/super stock racers in the country racing w/in our group. Congrats also go out to Homer Carty for 2nd place and Brandon Peterson for 3rd. Sterling Simmons and Cameron Collins tied for 4th. We had great battles for points positions going into the race yesterday it really came down to who won the most rounds at the last event.
Marty the IHRA deal would be great but I wouldn't bet on IHRA awarding a championship w/out racing for it...that would go against everything their "marketing machine" has promoted all season!

Congrats Tracy , Homer , Brandon and all the gang on your great season. Nov. 21&22 the ssssa will have a 2 day meet at Douglas , Ga. This is our final race and since nothing else is going on bring your group over and play one last time this year. We have a lot of fun planned,
