I need help re-setting my B&G PC after a battery change.The PC is Model EL-5500III...
FYI the process used for the PC-1270 model does not work. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks, John |

Spoke to the IFAMILY folks. Apparently, because my batteries went dead and it sat for some time....the program gets wiped out. No way to retrieve it. They can re-program it using their program.
