Was hoping to run there some this summer during our PNW 'encampment' so hope the permit hearing goes well....if anybody has other info or insights please share...see the link

Thanks for the link. The area they want to remove gravel from is currently a pile of discarded tires. Technically, the entire facility is a gravel mine.

Hope this works out well. This season will be my first on the track.

Just received my November issue of the track newsletter Pacific Insider by email. It seems that the meeting went well and the first stage of the expansion has been approved. It will provide for the construction of leased garage space at the track. Probably at the upper end of the lot C parking area where they want to remove gravel.
