ONAN 6500 NH spec K
 

Generator runs fine except under load (A/C or Air Compressor) shut's off. Replaced 300-3763 board no change. Removed gear case inspected governor ( 9 balls not 10) checked specs according to manual OK. Removed oil pan found fiber type washer broken in half can't find ware washer goes. Called Onan repairman (3) no call back ? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Bobby.

A few years ago I had an NMH (I think) that did the same thing. Had a guy put in new rings and valves. Then it ran fine under full load. Motor was just down on power to pull the generator load of anything more than lights, etc.
