Help from Cobra jet owners/drivers front suspension

I have searched the internet far and wide trying to find out how on the 2012-2014 cars the front tires are moved inbound so not to be flush or stick out past the fender well. My current front suspension consists of Viking double adjustable front springs and struts, UPR caster/camber plates and Baer SST front brakes with Billet Specialties comp 5 wheels with 2.25 back space.

I run a tall front tire and the sidewall sticks out past the fender lip and looks like CRAP. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hey Terry, tucked in how far? Mine didn't stick out, at the time of this photo the 11 had the same brakes as you with a small spacer for the street wheels to clear them. Those are the rather balloon like 29" fronts too.

On the 13 these are the same 29" tire with same backspace, no spacer needed for these brakes/wheels.

I shortened my front lower control arms by 1.5 inches. The bracket that holds the lower ball joint can be removed by using a cut off wheel to grind out the weld. Then cut the arm off 1.5 inches and place the ball joint assembly back in the channel and weld it back in. You will also have to shorten the tie rod end and the rack end. The picture shows my old drivers lower control arm next to the shortened drivers control arm. I now have 0 degrees camber with the wheels tucked under.

Jerry,
Its a ball bearing bushing. Calvert Racing has them.

Would anyone clarify the difference between a 12 and 13 control arm? I am certain that the bushings had less stiction for 13. Thanks!
Bryce
