I always liked 4 link once I understood what does what. With adjustability it helps when changing motor trans gears nitrous.

No comparison. On that combination, 4 link.

The ability to control what happens when you take your thumb off the switch, vs. just smacking the tire and trying to control it with the shock makes it a no brainer for anything faster than maybe a low 11 to high 10 second car. Smoother, more efficient. Just saying "more adjustments" really misses the big picture.

How would throttle stop racing impact this? In my opinion turning the stop on immediately after launching favors ladder bars or at least narrow the gap regarding the superiority of the four link

A ladder bar car is fine using the throttle stop, engaging the timer shortly after the hit. I would never say this type of racing favours ladder bars. Problems start when you are not using the timer. Most cars with ladder bars are older builds and are a bit high in the rear stance. Couple this with 800 hp and the leave is almost always too violent and hard to tame down.
