Block Filler Necessary?

We had to source a new block since our GM casting 400 block bores are non repairable and the block is already 0.060 over. Went to a Dart Little M block with billet caps.
The GM block we had was filled to the water pump. Changing over to the Little M block is there enough rigidity in the Dart castings that filler is not needed or is it still good practice to fill the block?

Thanks,

Chad

Sonic test the block will tell you what needs to be done.
