Danny Gracia passes?.
 

Danny Gracia passed away April 28 . He was 80 years old. For many years he was the head tech man in charge at NHRA. I will remember him fondly. GODSPEED !!!!!

Sad to hear this news.

Danny and I had our disagreements over
they years, but I always felt he tried to be
fair and even handed.

I had an issue in St Louis in 2006, spoke with Danny and he was very fair, we came to an agreement and both followed through. RIP, John

Very sorry to hear this about Danny. He was my friend- I met him and his son Jeff in 1993 at his shop and subsequently at the Winternationals. He was always very equitable in his rulings. I exchanged greetings with Danny at every national event I attended. He will be missed. Condolences to Jeff and the entire family. RIP. Bobby and Nancy Rashid.

Real sorry to hear this bit of news. I first met Danny when he teched me for the '83 Winternationals. He was good about letting you know about anything regarding your car. He was a former owner of my '66 Bel Air sedan and he gave me a few pointers regarding it
as well. He also had the answers to the stream of good questions all of us had when starting out in this sport. He will be missed, that's for sure. My ultimate condolences to all of us who knew him.
