My guy says a .030 in that field slows the tree down by .030. It would be negative if it was the other way. People with LED bulbs put in a .030 to make it seem like a .400 tree.
Holy cow, could this get any more of a mess? I thought the purpose of a sanctioning body was to straighten out this kind of stuff and make everyone consistent... No?
