Hey gang the final Buckeye SS/Stock Combo race pf 2012 this Sat at National Trails, like to have a hand count to see what I'm looking at, here is information that Jeff has past on to everybody by e-mails:
This weekend there will be the last S/SS race of the year.This was not on the posted schedule.This race was requested by many racers as the Qualified Shootout Racers were there for their race,many thought it would be good to add another regular S/SS race as well. The fees are as usual $100 to enter. Payout will be $1000 to win and runnerup $300.Round money starts with second round winners,$50 per round.
The bonus races will also be a part of this weekend as the best first round winning package will this weekend be sponsored by PK Race-n-Rods (Pat & Andy Kronnenbitter) The dial in race will be sponsored by Jeff's Auto Body. There are no additional fees for these added bonuses.
Gates open at 8:30. First qualifier will be at about 10:30. Second Qualifier will be around 1:00. First round will be shortly after the conclusion of the Championship Shootout Race.
By the way,we will also have an Iron Man Trophy for the winner and a plaque for the runner up.
For any of you that want to go to National trail Raceway on Friday Oct.5th and spend the night for our weekend events,you can.I spoke to Jim Layton at National Trail and he said there is no test & tune on Friday but the outside gate will be open for those of you that want to come Friday night to be there early instead of traveling Sat morning.You can park in the field adjacent to the entry road or you can park on the inbound lane of the entry road to be in line early for Saturday
The end of the season is drawing near.We'd love to have a big turnout for this race.
