Great Lakes Dragway (Union Grove, Wisconsin) usually had a big
Super/Stock Meet just before the 'June' NHRA Springnationals.
Most likely the SS/BA Hemi Dart was the one from Balzekas Dodge
out of Chicago.
Dick Landy is still sporting the 1969 NHRA Winternationals
Class and Eliminator 'square decals' on the front windshield.
