I think it would be safer with the headrest attached to the seat so that the two don't move independently. Seems that a seat moving one way and headrest another could cause issues in a crash. I understand the Camaro seat is a low back with no head rest. I appreciate the factory look, but I personally would prefer aftermarket seats for safety and weight savings.
Looking good though.
