It is not exactly that low with cost because in order to be competitive some areas are expensive. However, I am saving in several areas by careful spending and in-housing fabricating where practical.
Once it is finished and race ready the net cost will be very reasonable by todays standards.
In addition, nothing is being sacrificed that will keep the package from being completely competitive. I expect it to qualify well and race well.
