Cut me just a little slack guys...I have a partner in this car and he has been itching to try this. Figure I owe him a little experimental time. No worry, we will get back to Stocker trim before the end of the season.
The Calvert bar was a pita to initially set up for welding. The bars, floor jacks, lumber and the car being on the floor made it interesting to say the least. I must have made 150 measurements before the first tack weld was made...after that we were able to put the car in the air to fully weld the brackets. All that is needed now is a little TnT time to see if this 383 really has 600 hp or more.
