If you have the time, you might want to stop in Primm NV, right on the CA line, when you are heading for Pomona. They have Bonnie and Clyde's last ride there. There are three casinos there, on both sides of the road, and I have seen the car at two of them, but there is a tram between all three, so you won't need to keep moving the motorhomes and trailers.
