Very easy...but you need a good meter with frequency counting or HZ to see rpm....If you don't have that all you can see is AC voltage......

We use Fluke meters....

HZ or frequency is the same as engine rpm.....so 60 HZ is 1800rpm on your unit.

With no amp load your unit should show about 62.5HZ or 1860 rpm...and a good one will hold down to about 58 HZ with full load on it....30+ amps.

Voltage is not adjustable.....should be around 120......Voltage regulator maintains that.

They are a little tough to get adjusted so they work best. Carb and governor adjustments are very sensitive.....and can easily cause unstable running...

I will very likely be at the Atco open race and can check it for you there....

I know where you park and am usually in the same area....

I've also run some of the MASCA races there the last few years...
